Our Story – From Indian Attorney to California Immigration Attorney, Admitted to the Tennessee Bar

The Ahluwalia Firm’s founder, Inderjit Singh Ahluwalia, began his legal career as a practicing attorney in India, representing clients in complex civil and legal matters before the Indian courts. These early years instilled in him a deep respect for justice, resilience, and the unique human stories behind every case.

Motivated by a vision to serve on a global stage, Mr. Ahluwalia migrated to the United States and earned his LL.M. from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California. He successfully passed the Tennessee Bar Exam on his first attempt and has been admitted to the Tennessee Bar ever since.

Because immigration law is federal, Mr. Ahluwalia represents clients from his California offices while serving individuals and businesses nationwide.
